If you’re feeling creatively stuck, burnt out, or are seeking inspiration and motivation, your writing practice may need some creative first aid. 

Reignite and fuel your creative practice — or gain momentum to start a new one — at this practical workshop developed by creative practitioner and social worker, Caitlin Marshall. Using the energising process of Creative First Aid, this workshop will equip you with the information and practical strategies you need to reconnect with your curiosity and playfulness, keep your momentum going, and bolster your mental and emotional wellbeing.

Recording

A private link of the session recording will be provided to enrolled participants only and available for a limited period of 10 days. Once the viewing period has expired the recording will no longer be available to view. 

Handouts and slides will be provided to all registered participants if available.
